Hi.

1) Can I enter a track that I have permission via Admin Trk Control? Track is by an Artist not a member of Taxi.

2) What if I edited another Artist's Song? With their permission, can I enter that track as well?

Not sure exactly what you mean, but unless one of the co-writers is a TAXI member, a track cannot be submitted to TAXI listings. If you had permission to do an arrangement of another songwriter's song, and cover songs have been requested in the listing, then you may submit your recording of it. If you've arranged and recorded a public domain song, you can submit it if requested in the listing.

I think you'd have to discuss this directly with TAXI (see the 1-800 number above), however, it seems to me it's generally accepted that the publishing will be available for the listing party.. and that those submitting are at least part writer or part composer of the work.
