You can sign up for the Dispatch email without being a Dispatch member to see whats being listed. That way if things look good you might want to enroll in dispatch as well.
So the info isn't "secret" - I would say feel free to paste in the listing text and put up your track as per normal if you want P2P feedback.
You can usually tell Dispatch listings as the # starts with a D as well.
