MP3 files not loading onto TaxiMusic

Hey guys,
Has anyone ever experienced issues with uploading music onto your TaxiMusic?
My latest 2 songs aren't downloading on the system- so I can't submit them to listings that are due tomorrow! The song is all there- with lyrics and everything, but the green play button has not loaded. It's been 10 hours.
Have emailed TAXI, but was wanting to see if anyone else had had this happen, and if so, what they did about it.

Hey Shalee,
I'm in the same boat as you. I submitted an MP3 about an hour ago (4 pm Central time) and I'm still waiting for the green "Play" button.

It's been 15 hours and still not coming up.
I'm in Australia so calling taxi is really difficult, but if there's someone in the US who could give them a call and find out what's going on that Would be good as I'm sure none of us want to miss out on submitting stuff we've done for listings because of a glitch of sorts.

Has anyone found a long term fix for this issue? Every single time I upload a track it takes several attempts - the track uploads and can do everything except the "Play" Button does not show up. My track works on Soundcloud, the Downloaded MP3 works and then I does not work on Taxi. Has anyone found a solution to fix this problem?
