I'm sorry this is a stupid question (and I feel stupid, trust me) but I can't figure out what the listing deadline means in my time. Never understood am vs pm. So when they say the deadline is 11:59 PM Pacific is it 12 (noon) or 24 (midnight)? From there I can at least calculate the time zone difference to Finland.

Every deadline is just before midnight Pacific time the day it's due. Or 23:59 for you military time folks

So if something is due on May 5th, that's 23:59 on the 5th, but you seem to be 10 hours ahead, so for you that would be 9:59 am (or just 9:59 military time) on the 6th.

Does that make sense?
