WOOHOO! Major congratulations.
EDIT - fwiw: just a hunch: that the great title played an important role in getting the song its first serious listen & consideration.
Super job.

Great show and a great placement! I love the song and really enjoy Chase's voice on it. It was made for him to sing!

Thanks everyone! Turns out they used about 1:30 of the choruses and V2. It was underscore but popped out every once and a while. Thanks again for the kind words! Best, John

I just received an email from a “Taxi friendly library” that my vocal song “Broken Bones of My Soul” will be on the season premiere of “The Rookie” ABC on Sunday sep 29th!! My first network vocal placement!! I’m stoked! I wrote the lyrics, melody, played all the instruments and my friend Chase sang the fire out of it! Thanks Taxi for turning me on to Production Music!

The track is really great! What a fantastic achievement!
Cheers,
Matt

Thanks Peter! It came out of nowhere. I love when that happens. All I agonized over the the timing of the last piano notes at the end. Thanks!

Hi John,

Congrats! The song has a nice steady, easy flow to it and very tasteful. I'll be looking forward to hearing it on the show.

Ron
