What would you call this genre??

I'm doing a bunch of cues that are easy listen pop sort of stuff. There will be a bunch of different emotions though. they are kind of corporate sounding but I'm not too sure where to peg them.
Of course, it is important to get the genre right when tagging them. Would love some opinions.

80s rock ballad. It is a mismatch with the acoustic guitar though. And that synth arp which goes in and out.

There is strange panning with that lead guitar solo which is 100% R.
