So I just would like to know your decision between genres. And here is a related question: what if I’m an orchestral composer but a long time ago made some other genres tracks (rock, hip hop…); would it be unprofessional to submit them on the respective genre when my bio and picture don’t show the looking for the genre? This might not be a very important question, but I would like to know your thoughts.Thank you!If you are a COMPOSER, then your photo and bio don't matter, since it's the music that speaks for you & you aren't selling yourself as an "artist" as it were. Personally I have a niche or two I know I am strong in but I keep experimenting with other things because it keeps it interesting, I want to grow, and expand my horizons.

But I say it because that was the first thing that crossed my mind when I was reading "The rules of the Road": "What should my photo look like?"Hopefully, it will look just like you! All the industry folks really want to see is if you look compatible with your music,I know (I also watched it on the same videoconference) the looking isn’t matter for film and TV placements.

Re: YOUR GENRE
If that's the case, then there is no need to submit a photo & bio to any film/tv listing unless it is specifically requested (and 99% of the time it is not). What you look like has no bearing on placement in film/tv.
