Warren,Its a good one! Liked it before, still like it. I like the lyric, but it seems a bit 'complex' for maintream country .. though I think I remember you got a high-bar forward on it!Dean

Hey Warren,This has al;ways been one of my favorites of yours. The verses are great. Could be what Dean says about being too complex for mainstream country is true, but it's still damn good.Cam

Warren,I like this a lot. I hadn't heard it before. It definitely has a commerical sound, but I think maybe it is a little complex for country. But I really think this could go Adult Contemporary it's not too twangy.Andy

Really jes' needs a few adjustments, Warren. That thing with keepin' the same meter and phrasing through the verses, I believe there was a thread 'bout that recently. Then if you changed jes' a couple of the notes in the chorus-think about how Martina would sing this, you got somethin' here. Shoulda maybe cast a girl singer. My $.02

Extremely good to my ears.... I like the hesitent delivery of words like 'she said' at the end of the phrases.... Nice warm yet 'plucky & percussive' mix... kinda like 'The Cars' always had.. ( that probably sounds nuts to you guys ) I've always wondered how to get that overall 'attack' across an entire mix.....I'd keep pitchin' it... where ever your headed Warren. Chris
