80's Child!

Post by jeffgreenleaf » Wed Oct 15, 2008 11:21 am

Totally Awesome! My song "80's Child" was forwarded to this reality show listing! This was a last minute dispatch idea and my ears were fried at the end of a very long night recording. Glad it worked!http://soundclick.com/share?songid=6978274D081008TV80s INSTRUMENTAL TRACKS FOR POPULAR CABLE REALITY TV SHOW are needed immediately by the Production Music Library involved with the show. This show is moving into its fifth season and they need more tracks NOW! They’ll be open to styles ranging from New Wave to Hard Rock, Old School Hip Hop to Dance/Electronica. No vocals for this one, please! You’ll want to be sure that these tracks are recorded at Broadcast Quality (excellent home recordings should be just fine) and the performances need to be excellent and on target stylistically.

Hey Jeff!I've just called the Fire Dept. there in Malibu and told them to look out for the smoke that's comin' from your house's chimney. Dude, you're killin' 'em!! Congratulations again! Yeah, it sounds like you're/we're startin' ta' get the hang of it. That's great. Now if we could all nail some deals (those of us that are dealess ), that would be even GREATER huh? Keep 'em comin' dude!I-468

Yeah it's amazing how we both started out getting very few forwards and really learned from our mistakes.Obviously getting a deal is on my mind, but I'm really just happy I'm moving in the right direction. I also feel more comfortable looking for other opportunities outside taxi now that I have a lot of songs (via taxi)...! Also because of taxi listings I have an entire album of library songs (coming out in a week or so)!
