Cam, Don't downplay this by thinking of them as a little indie publisher. The only reason they want that song is because they feel they can make money with it. They probably have some sort of connection with an artist already in mind they think could sing your song. That's one huge baby step. I'm still looking for mine.Andy

Cam,Big congrats. Pretty cool title "Same Shirt, Different Day." This song could at some point find a home on a Brad Paisley, or even Kenny Chesney cd. Upbeat. Interesting lyrics. Has a bit of the good o' boy thing going.Very nice! Please keep us in the loop as things develop.GB

Thanks GB. Funny, because I just read a recent interview with a major label producer saying they didn't want anymore "island" songs, so I figured this song was sunk as it has a little of that flavor. I was actually thinking to redo the demo and give it more of an R&B or R&R edge. Of course, it hasn't been cut yet, and may never be, so I may have to re-do it yet.Cam
