I've had the chance to speak with two library owners and ask about the "blacklist" issue. Both have told me that although they're aware of some music sups have moved away from non-exclusives, it's not enough to have made any impact on thier business.
They really don't see the justification of changing thier business model at this time cause there are just too many clients out there that don't care that much where the music is coming from.
