A Question open for Answers!!

Post by mrholmes » Mon Feb 04, 2008 7:59 pm

I have a small Production Company and I have a library of 200+ instrumental and songs in different genres. I need an Agent/Manager to use this library of material to find us work! Where do I look to find good Agents/Managers???

If your library is very good then an existing library may be interested in representing it. I've heard of that happening and it seems a good option since they have the connections in the media industry. I'd make sure the library actually had good connections and placements, of course.Good luck!Mazz

The hard way! Google music libraries, check out their tracks, see if you can find out as much about them as you can to make sure they're reputable, see if your library fits theirs! Also, use the "search" on these boards to get more ideas, thoughts.

Also watch the Taxi listings and submit individual tracks to libraries that way. If they like your stuff you will be in contact with the main folks and can wheel and deal all day long.
