A stupid question ( Maybe)
If a Music Library asks you to send a "High Quality uncompressed Audio File ( AIFF,CDA or Wav)" it means that I could use reverb,EQ, whatever, but not compression, right? Or are they referring to the file format? For ex: Wav as opposed to mp3?

Hey,As far as I know - I think that means, just send em the uncompressed file, so you can do your eq and compression just when exporting it choose Wav etc... it just means that there's no loss of quality to the track as opposed to converting it to mp3 etc...Hope that helpsTake CareB

They're referring to the format. As you said: .wav as opposed to .mp3.The compression they're referring to is data compression, not audio compression. This terminology can be confusing, as in this case, the word compression meaning two different things! This was not at all a stupid question!Cheers!Mazz
