Album Review. woot!

My friend found this review of my album from here: http://www.thedwarf.com.au/nd/albumrevi ... dom_cooley Dom Cooley - This Can Only End One Way (Album)by gracious | Sunday, February 8Brisbane- born/ Melbourne-based Dom Cooley seems to have finally got his musical plans in full flight. This Can Only End One Way, Cooley’s debut album, certainly has catapulted his ability to capture a varied audience. The album is arranged beautifully, to represent many a music genre. Throughout the record, his deep, bluesy vocals suddenly erupt with intimate higher tones, reaching rich and textured heights. From bluesy serenades to reggae rhythm filled tunes, the album wonderfully highlights Cooley’s abilities and versatility.3rd Person Female is a stunning tune, which illustrates just that, highlighting a third person perspective of a universally themed female. Cooley pulls off the clichés and turns the lyrical content into magical, gentle poetry, full of melody and lovely harmonies. Immediately after this track, a swinging, Bob Marley, Ben Harper infused track, Juliette's Song contrasts the previous, a much higher energy track, upbeat and much suited to a coastal road trip.New Shore, also captures much the same feelings, and a bluesy, polished guitar solo, which continues throughout the track.Cooley's vocals are simply rich and encapsulating. His ability to cover such a range and still have the intensity behind each note will definitely astound the majority of listeners. The deep, raw, bluesy aspects echoes vocals alike Eddie Vedder, even when the softer ballads such as Full of Fire, and Stolen.Cheated.Lied are received. It would be a pleasure to hear this voice live. woohoo! can't complain about that one!
