This music library is saying they're interested in adding my songs to their roster, and I just wondered if anybody had heard of them or dealt with them before? They sent a contract, and it has both exclusive and non-exclusive options. But it does say they'll re-title the songs, and keep 100% of the publisher's share. It says the composer keeps 50% of the net income and 100% of the writer's share.
Are these red flags, or is it essentially like Crucial Music, which, as far as I know, is fully legit?

I don't know, it sounds pretty standard to me. But then again, I'm still pretty knew to this.

No. Sorry if that's frowned upon; I just figured this would be a good place to ask since it's a large concentration of songwriters.hummingbird wrote:Is this from a TAXI forward?
