AUTHENTIC/ 3 forwards
Ok, if to be honest I feel myself as a "white crow" when I post this topic! Here I will speak another language (both national and the musical) And I am truly interested in your feelings about this kind of music! It is 100% acoustic.AUTHENTIC SLAVIC SONGS a la the regions of Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey, Slovenia, Montenegro Albania, Kosovo, etc., are needed by a successful Music Publisher who's had tons of great Film/TV placements for many TAXI members. Original songs only - please no Public Domain Folk songs. No instrumentals please! Vocal and instrumental performances must be top-notch! ... Yes, yes, I agree with Bryan 100% Mitya. Great contribution to the world of acoustic/world categories. I especially like "Follow the camelcade". I hope you sell a lot of records.

Thank you, Allen and Suz and everybody! I am just a few months here but while visiting my Taxi fellows sites and listening to your music I feel like I know all of you for the long time!Sept 29, 2009, 10:59am, suzdoyle wrote:P.S. Here is the sample: http://ethnosmithy.com/instruments/ocarina-07.php(you will find mp3 button above the picture)

So cool man. I see no mad rush to chase the $$$$ rabbits around with your music. What a breath of fresh air. I'll be looking for ocarina samples in my K-3 library now.

Re: AUTHENTIC/ 3 forwards
What a wonderful web site, Mitya. I love the different kinds of instruments you play, and that you have photos and sound samples for them.A Northwest U.S. composer/ performer named David Roth has a lovely triple-chambered ocarina that can play 3 notes simultaneously (it's on his Cd "Nights at the Chez") . . . it's a wonderful instrument, and I got a chance to try it out at one of his concerts. Amazing sound!Anyway, welcome again to the Taxi forums. So nice to have you be a part of this community of composers and musicians. Suz
