Stuart

That surely fits, but maybe Ern was going for a new tune? Hmmmmm

Nothing else pops out for me? Have to wait for Ern to reply.

How about Am7 D G C...run dow to Am7 (Am7 a full 8 counts)

My brothers and I sing this when we get loaded:)

Got ya this time Bill

Hmmmm... I have to think about that last one, Ern...

One of my favorites opens with:
A - G#(7) - D - E7

(not sure about the 7th on the 2nd chord)

Yawn (hint),
;) casey

Yup. Have to pick something more obscure than Sgt. Pepper's or the White Album.

Yup, now that's the song I was thinking about! I LOVE Lennon's use of parallel chords going down a half step. He did it all the time!

Tom wins 3 Ticonderoga pencils!

Nobody figured out my Am7 progression.

Give you a one word lyric hint.

"eye"

Can you imagine identifying a song by one word?

How about a tempo and duration of chords? I'm stumped!

Here's another fave! ... Four chords, half notes in bridge: Bm - Bm+5 - Bm6 - Bm7

Ern 8-) :)
