Bishop Briggs bass sound & Bishop Briggs type singer NEEDED

Hey,

Does anybody know how to emulate the huge bass sound on the Bishop Briggs song "River"? We want to get as close as possible...thanks.

Also, do any of you know a singer that can give a Bishop Briggs type performance in general...she is amazingly emotional and powerful and we'd like to find somebody that can get in her space.

Its got some similar presets as a start.

No leads for your singer though.

Hey Dave, AndyG has Golden Ears, it sounds just like the first preset from OUTPUT - SUBSTANCE Kontakt Library. So much so I made a little loop , and then broke it down if it helps.

Obviously it's more than just the bass, here is a breakdown.

Kick - Drums Tools Kontakt Library DnB Future preset. It has the little triplet section that pans which is a cool little production trick, I just used the midi pan for it.

The L/R kick part is layered with another drum sound , I used one of the other percussion instruments from drum tools, pitched it down and then put it through Decapaiator. Not exactly like their sound but close enough in a short timeframe.

Bass - Substance by Output preset 1 called Fat Basstard ( it's basically a sawtooth bass with distortion )

The guitar / clap part I took from part of their song just for quickness and looped it.
