Bowed Guitars without a Genre?

Post by togaman » Sat Jul 22, 2006 5:53 am

Hey folks,I have an unusual project It is a Jam Band with dual bowed guitars (Okay--you are thinking the Jimmy Page thing on steroids.....maybe a bit different than that.) We do play them as standard guitars as well. The problem is that our general genre is difficult to define (at least for us). Some of our stuff can be rock, world, jazz even with classical moments. Yet, purists of given genres may not think so. Would you be so kind as to visit our myspace and comment on this?http://www.myspace.com/deuxguitarviols (we also just launched our stuff on itunes 2 guitarviols. Thanks so much! Have a great day!!

Toga,I think some of it would work for a New Age listing I saw recently where they want stuff for reality programs. It has the right kind of intensity.
