I can sure hear "investigative" in that tune. I like it alot. Especially the drums and background synth pads... nice ending also.

I've got a few more like this, they'll go to the investigate for sure.Question: just what constitutes a "button" ending. This has a clear ending, but doesn't quite stop on a dime.

If I were to add a button ending to that track I might build off of the synth ambience and end with a volume ramp using a crash cymbal or some kind of abrupt ending... Just my 2 cents...

Guess I'll chime in here too. What this thread is telling "me" is that everyone more or less has a little bit different slant on what "dramatic" means. "My" take on it would be this.http://www.taximusic.com/hosting/home.p ... k_KepicsGo to my Taxi page (above) and listen to my tune called 'Piece Offering'. To me the first 2:12 of it are what I would call "dramatic". The rest of the tune is just an up tempo, straight ahead, 16 bar, jazz/blues. I'd submit to the listing based solely on the first 2:12 of my tune, not the rest of it.
