I have this song that I wrote. It was already recorded and released. I want rewrite the first verse to suit an international audience any one with suggestions send me a PM. I think you're talking about a "derivative work". Not entirely up to speed on that, but I'm thinking the tune will have to be re-registered by the original author.discaimer: I am not nor am I sleeping with an accredited music business attorney.Whoah, just heard the song, all you really need is a recognizable place name (near the equator) with three syllables ending in an "ee" sound, is that so hard?
