Country listings now asking for positive, uplifting songs

It seems that suddenly there is only one company looking for Country and all they want is positive, uplifting songs. Not that there's anything wrong with a positive message, but that doesn't necessarily reflect all of today's Top 40 Country scene. There are many, many up-to-date popular songs which reference drinking or other things that wouldn't be viewed as "positive." I understand not wanting old 70s and 80s style honky-tonk, crying' in my beer because I cheated on my woman and now she's gone songs. But, Country music can be fun, rowdy, and even reference drinking and still be a smash hit. Just listen to the radio.
