Hi,
I have an opportunity to get one of my tracks on a popular TV show but I'm not sure about all the business stuff. The contract from my publisher says -
"We are compiling works for **** These cues pay $100 each for accepted cues. **** then controls the cues exclusively and owns the publishing while we split the writers' share."
Does this mean I can never use this track ever again on anything else?
Also does it mean I get $100 every time it's played or just once and that's it?
I really have no idea about all this. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
Cues and publishing questions.. please help
