don't know where to start

hey I wondering if one of yall could help me.I am a good rnb singer but all i can do is write songs and sing. There is no way i can produce my song. I tried fruity loops and it was very difficult.There was so much stuff on the screen that i didn't know what I was looking at. And there is no way i can make a demo without beats.any help
