Re: DRUM SOUNDS?
I got Kit Kore to play with it, and liked it, although was frustrated by some limitations. But what do you want for $50, right? Then last week they send out an email about a free beta upgrade and voila! New sounds, new features... cut the drum programming time way down, and there is a nice, although not extensive set of drum kits. There are also extensions to it, but I haven't dealt with those.

Re: DRUM SOUNDS?
I havent found alot of manufacturers offering online downloads but it seems more are going in that direction. BetaMonkeyMusic.com has some inexpensive stuff and it has all the formats available.... I prefer the East/West Ministry of Rock but its not a downloadable product and it is really a hard rock/metal based product... just drum samples so you have to write your own midi beats or get other midi beats for it... but its a slammin sound great for heavy guitar styles.

I think it's BetaMonkey or their sister site, forget the name*, that sells downloadable samples of individual drums, Black Beauty snares and the like, at multiple velocities for use in just about any sampler. For punk-specific drums, you might give Drumcore's Matt Sorum kit a listen. *Drumwerks.comWait, better yet, I think I found just the thing you're looking for. If the samples and MIDI grooves I tried out are any indication, this should just about fill the bill and for a price an AstroNinja can at least really, really like:Here you go
