Here's a new one. Brand new as in I didn't even have time to finalize the lyrics. Will do that soon and edit the post.http://www.audiorefugees.com/download/f ... d=675Would like comments on if there should be a version 2.posted a new version 1.1 on 12.15.09Lyrics:You're settling into your little roomWhere commercials act as news. And nothing here remind you of home.See someone out there's asking whyAnd someone answers from behindSuch a shame you can't hear them die.Woah oh oh oh oh.And if you say my name and it feels the same as the rest of the conversation we never made. It's like, feeding me all the things I hate and I'd rather starve than run away. You have never asked me why, I never have kissed you goodbye.Such a wonderment that you struggle for a simple a reply.[Chorus]So this is where we are right nowIt's now where we should be allowedAnd neither one of us have foundA place where we can turn around.Tomorrow we can turn awayand pretend we are still OK.and take what we will throw away to places where lies still escape.[end chorus]Now it's been a while since I've seen you smile or maybe just a while since I've seen you.And never mind all the time i've obsessed of the years now past beyond their best.I remember asking why, you never once kissed me good night. Now I know what I should have known all this time.[Chorus]

dogMy favorite part is about at 3 minutes. Why? Cause I am old and I love the guitar there that hangs with that little riff and I can hear your voice very clean.Enjoyed every thing else, except I just couldn't hear the lyrics.I know some might poke fun at me, but is this considered pop?I have often said I didn't like the "stuff that is out there today", but I did like this:)Paul

Its upbeat. It sounds poppy enough to sell but honestly your voice needs work and how it was recorded is terrible. That synth piece does not fit at all. Good job creating solid chorus though

Wow - I do REALLY like this!!! Vocal could come up tiny bit imo. Love the FX throughout. Guitars sound really good to me! Harmonies very effective!! Guitars sync at 3:18 really nice. Great movement in instrumentation!!Good Luck with it!!Kitz
