JVB here. It's been so long since I've been on this board. Just wanted to say hi to all my Taxi friends. Miss being here. Anyone else feels like it's a bit too much juggling with all the SN sites? Please add me if you like. I plan on being on here more often again.xoxoxJVBhttp://www.myspace.com/ottosdaughterhttp://www ... 1468504851

Our own Matto made an interesting post on another music forum just this morning...Speaking of twittering and all these other newfangled forms of entertainment and social networking, Conan did a really funny joke last night as part of his "In The Year 3000" skit:"In the year 3000, youtube, twitter and facebook will merge to create a single gigantic time wasting website, called 'youtwitface'..." ps. Welcome back, JVB

Hi, ha yeah it's hard to keep up. I'm currently doing all my status updates to Twitter and using the Facebook plug-in to auto update my Facebook from Twitter. For myspace I have a Twitter widget that displays my updates. I like simple!!!!!

Can you imagine a conversation like this 10 years ago? It would have sounded like we came from another planet. Richard

I too feel like keeping up on the social network sites is a real pain in the A** but it's a necessary evil to promote your music.I use reverb nation to auto update our Facebook, twitter and main band websites. For myspace, I just update that on a regular basis myself. Are there any other good tools out there to make updating all these sites a little less work?have a great weekend everyone

i think this would be a great topic for a driver's ed class at the rally: the importance of social networking, what takes priority, and how to manage it all...and still have time to make music.
