Hello dear Robert Cass,

I have fallen in love with this Song "Can I Please" here :
http://forums.taxi.com/topic127801.html

I have even mentioned it to the Members during the last Michel TV Ustream Show ! I don't want anyone to miss it. I hope that Michael himself can have a listen ...

It is a Treasure. The little Leprechauns have come over the Rainbow with a pot of GOLD, for you Robert, and for Steve and for Paul. Remember that, when you will sign the deal with a Music Company, ok ?

It just happened. You were having fun, and suddenly, ... it is there ! It is a HIT !!! :o :) :D

The Members of the Forum are giving you excellent Guidance as how to perfect it Musically. It is really worth all the work you are putting into it, yourself, Steve and Paul.

Hello dear Brian,

Your presence here at the Forum is super nice ;)

When one uploads a Song at SounCloud, there is a place for an Image, and also a place for "Description" where one can easily write the Lyrics !
When a Visitor comes to one's SounCloud, the Lyrics will be revealed if one clicks on the Title of the Song.

Great song. I heard it previously and it seems it's a good deal further along now. Sounds pretty whole to me as far as not really needing much else. Nice work.

I really like the way this is mixed.

Love the solo at 1:57.

Love the bridge - it takes the song to another place.

Graham mentioned Hank Williams, and that's a great a la. As such, I would try and treat the vocal with some inserts that make him sound timeless.

Thanks all of you!

Brian... I don't think I ever asked Paul for the lyrics, good on you, I will have to write them down.
The slide is played by Steve J Curtis on his Hofner, great isn't it!!!!

Rich... Great Ears Thank You! This post was actually from a while ago and what you suggested is exactly what I'm working on now.

Catherine... You are the dearest! Thank you for all of the kind words!

Bob... Thank you again! Don't mean to make you listen too many times!

John... That's a cool thought, I will have to A/B some old country and see what can be gained!
