hey boyatheart... dude I LOVE your voice.. I'm jealous harmonies rock and I dig your melody.I agree with Bill on the bass but I see you've already went back and heard that. Also, I'll second Anne's mention of quiet loud, quiet loud stuff. Maybe pull back to only one, mono, center-panned gtr until chorus kicks in? I dunno, just kickin an idea out there.. As far as ala I can see a bit of Shin's delivery or timbre in your voice which to me puts in the vein. And maybe just a bit of master bus compression to tighten it up some? Cool song. Good luck.

Hey Patrick, thanks for the generous compliment on the voice. My voice and writing lyrics had been a stumbling block for years, but about a year ago I decided to stop caring how I sounded and what other might think. Now I love doing it, especially the harmonies. Thanks for the suggestions. I will go back and try out all suggestions. There may be some gold there. Actually I already have some master buss compression. I know you said in another post you were a compression junkie. I am a bit too, but I have consciously held that back more recently.I haven't had this song mastered by a pro, where nearly all the others on my Taxi page have been (the ones on my current album). Maybe that's the extra magic it needs (apart form going back over the bass).
