Feedback on this track quality

Post by rkat » Fri Mar 05, 2010 8:55 am

Hi All,

I have this track I came up with that started as me wanting to show my kids how the pop songs are done ... with the synths and auto-tune and all that. So being the idiot I am, I had to come up with something goofy.

Well the kids love this song... haha, and now they want me to make a video for it and put it up on youtube, itunes and all that.

Some feedback on the overall sound / quality would be great. Sounds pretty good to me in all my listening locations, but some other educated ears would be great. I normally don't do this style.

"Thug In A Tub"

I have come up with a new persona for this ... "DatFunE" .

Thanks!
Tim

Hey Tim,
I guess I'm a kid too, 'coz I like it. It pretty much slams. I bet you're good with lyrics when you're serious to.
Nice vocal, besides the Autotune, but it's cool to.
What kinda genre are you used to, because you could do this genre easy.
Had fun listening to it.
Cheers!
Steve

I am mainly rock, hear some of my album on my site http://www.stereotongue.com . But I do listen to a lot of pop and also write / play R&B too.
