That's the bass that comes in on the second part of verse 1 and when I got the track back from the online studio I thought there was a bit of a clash as well

However after listening to it several times I grew to like it so didn't get them to change it and I was trusting that their world class musicians knew what they were doing

It is interesting that you picked that up too, good ear
