For "Uptempo, High Energy Latin/Dance"...
Hi everyone...
"Submitted for your approval" (remember Rod Serling? ooops, I just dated myself) ...
Anyway, I'm submitting for this listing:
"New Listing UP-TEMPO, HIGH-ENERGY, LATIN-BASED DANCE TRACKS (AFRICAN, RAI, MORROCAN and WORLD MUSIC might also work as long as there is a POWERHOUSE groove) are needed by a Top-Shelf Music Supervisor working on the VIDEO GAME version of a world-famous FITNESS PROGRAM. Instrumentals are preferred, but Tracks with Vocal/Lyric hooks or SMALL amounts of Vocals/Lyrics are OK. Your Tracks need to be SLAMMING, GROOVE ORIENTED, TIGHT and VERY DANCEABLE. They DO want "Instruments that sound authentic and feel like they are played by humans on top of the grooves." They DO NOT want "Tracks that sound electronic and synthy/techno-ish." Infectious melodies and beats that make it impossible to sit still will win the day. Tracks will be selected for their ability to provide a high-intensity group cardio workout. Full-length Tracks are needed..."
I just wrote/created "¡Baíla Dude!" for this listing. "Aquí Vamos" was from my CD but I just created a dance mix for this listing.
Let me know what you think?
Here's the TunePak with my 2 submissions:

Dude,
This must have taken you some time to put together. It sure is high energy enough, and toe-tapping – hard to stay sat down for this. I think you've got a few too many motifs going on, though, imho. Feels like the overarching theme of the track gets slightly lost. But if this was mine I'd forward it, for sure. Nice work and good luck.

Thanks for the listen and comment, Nick.
Which track were you referring to?
Or were both them too busy, motif-wise?

Sorry, Andy, I was referring to Baila Dude. I hadn't listened to Aqui Vamos, which I now have and I think is an entirely coherent piece. I just feel there are too many things going on in the first track. Hope that helps.
