Thank you, NoizeeBhoy!

Super kind words! It was definitely my intention to take a less is more approach with this particular lyric and I think Chris did a great job capturing my vision for this song. So glad you like our effort. :D

All the best!

If you can play a complete song on just one instrument especially one where both the instrument, melody and lyrics are strong then Bingo you have a great tune

Well done, sounds terrific

love the guitar theme, but i would have made a variation on two of the notes. also i would have cut out the part between 00.30 and 00:50 (and respectively so on the second verse) as i see this as just a weaker variation on the part before it. and at 4.31 the song is too long imo, so it would benefit double with the cutting. i would also have started the chorus on a long, high note. and what about changing the title to "black and blue"? wish you the best of luck with it.

Hi Paul, aka melodymessiah!

Thank you for the detailed feedback, much appreciated. I’ll ponder your suggestions while I prepare for the worst and hope for the best as the strongest Atlantic hurricane ever recorded makes its way to my little corner of the world.

All the best!
