The synths, even though the patches you've chosen could be more aggressive, really set the mood. That kind of gets broken up when everything comes in at 0:21 until around 0:47 when the guitar solo starts and the original feel of the track is captured again.As an owner of Stormdrum I'll have to confess that I've used that patch for some things (even considered it for this listing) and though I thought it sounded pretty good, listening to it in a context outside my own music and comfort zone, it sounds pretty busy. I'm actually going to take a cue from your track and on the track I'm working on I'm going to re-think what I'm doing with the drum track (current a different patch using Stormdrum).So you helped me probably more than I helped you.
