Several FUN, RAP/HIP-HOP SONGS with Male or Female Vocals are needed by a Film/TV Music Publisher for a bunch of (up to) $5,000 placements in an Animated, Kid-Friendly Show on a Major Streaming Service!
NOTE: They are open to hearing current-sounding Songs, as well as Songs that are more old school, just be sure your lyrics are clean and family-friendly. In other words, pretty much G-Rated.
They’re searching for Mid-to-Up-Tempo Songs that fit the vibe and style found in these references, which the client gave us:
“Ice Ice Baby” by Vanilla Ice
“I Gotta Feeling” by The Black Eyed Peas
“Good Feeling ” by Flo Rida
“All We Got" by Chance The Rapper
NOTE: The client has specifically requested that NO EXPLICIT LYRICS be used. This request is for a kid-friendly animated show, so having ANY explicit content and/or profanity in your Songs will result in your submissions being returned, regardless of how good they are. Send G-Rated, CLEAN versions only!
Please submit positive Rap/Hip-Hop Songs that are fun, energetic, and/or inspiring. Your submissions should have solid music productions, compelling lyrics, and really memorable choruses that kids can sing along to. Be sure your vocal performances have plenty of swagger and are on par with the references above.
Please avoid references to specific names, places, dates, times, brands, and profanity. Do NOT copy the referenced artists or Songs in any way, shape, or form. Use them only as a general guide for tempo, tone, and overall vibe. Also, do not submit any material with unauthorized samples of other artists’ Songs, sounds, or any other form of media. Broadcast Quality is needed.
The estimated license fee for each of these placements is between $3,000 to $5,000, depending on the ultimate use. This company offers an EXCLUSIVE deal, so please make sure the Songs you submit aren’t already signed to other libraries or catalogs. You’ll get 50% of any applicable sync fees, and you'll keep 100% of the Writer’s share. The Publisher will get 50% of any sync fees and 100% of the Publisher’s share. You must own or control your Master and Copyright to submit for this opportunity.
