look at the country billboard chart, you won't find many story songs

This thread is asking, "what do you consider the greatest storytelling songs". It's not asking if storytelling songs are in demand.
Find something you love to do so much you will do it for free, and learn to do it so well they will pay you for it.

All I'm saying, is we need to write great songs....and not all the songs listed are country songs.Billy
