Hello to anyone interested,I'm just curious how you would interpret this listing; do they want an original version of the listed material or do they want a sound a like? What do you think?COVERS OF CLASSIC ROCK SONGS - VOCALS AND INSTRUMENTALS are needed by the Music Supervisor of a major cable TV series. They're looking for covers of songs that pay homage to classic artists such as The Beatles, the Kinks, Bob Dylan, Buffalo Springfield, the Rolling Stones, Janis Joplin, the Who, Led Zeppelin, Eric Clapton, Crosby Stills & Nash, Cream, etc. This series has utilized a few TAXI cover arrangements of popular songs from artists such as the ones referenced above before and they are looking for more now. Male or female vocals are OK and all tempos are finel. Excellent performances are absolutely essential. Broadcast quality needed - Great sounding home recordings are OK. Please submit one to three songs and/or instrumentals online or per CD.
