Sorry for getting off on the "tonic" thing. I was thinking of Sousa; ending a Sousa march on a dominant chord would leave me feeling incomplete. I'm glad, though, for everything that got added to the discussion because of my silly little comment, particular Mazz's example. That was a great thing to hear. Once again something that I have so much to learn from, just by listening to over and over again.What an incredible place this is.
