How do you keep from going insane?

So the question is, does anyone out there share my pain, and have any ideas how to deal with it?Well, seeing as I had OS X tiger, Cubase something, and everything working together before my brilliant idea to reload my drives this week, I can't help you out. But now I've reloaded all my software, drivers, etc and nothing is working correctly. I agree - time to go back to tape!
