I sprained my ankle this morning

Post by bitwhys » Thu Jun 17, 2004 8:16 am

No, that's not the name of the song. It actually happened so I got a few hours to myself to finish writing the one on the blocks. Kind of explains why I haven't finished recording the other one I got posted here. Decided to post this new one by way of apology to Matt for not getting my homework done.Just wanted to share more than anything else though. Hope you enjoy. Also no, I have absolutely no idea why I'm writing a wedding song. Travis style picking with some really nice runs to it. Don't do that very much. Usually just bang on it.New Old Blue Borrowed© Brian Dondo 2004Let's not worry 'bout the way that things are meant to changewe can deal with that tomorrowAll we need is hope that love will always find a wayNew Old Blue BorrowedNew Old Blue BorrowedPerhaps its true that this is simply how its meant to bemore than we'll ever knowNow the time has come to say "forevermore"I love you soNew Old Blue BorrowedNew Old Blue BorrowedNew Old Blue BorrowedTime will tell the taleif fortune smiles upon us or if we suffer other fatesWe will never failand in the days that followfrom today into tomorrowwe'll bring some luck of our ownNew Old Blue BorrowedNew Old Blue BorrowedAll we need is hope that love will always find a wayI love you soI love you so

Hi folks,My ankle's all better except for the odd shade of purple. Just to let passers-by know I finished a demo of the tune. It can be found on...my IC song page...if anyone cares to have a listen. I should quit stalling and cap off that other one but this was easier.gotta catch a bus,b
