Thought I had this as a lock. I even sent it to a few taxi members that I had met at the recent road rally and they all asked where I got the Steelpan tone since it was so authentic.
Could I get some feedback as why you think it was not forwarded.

I agree with folks from the Rally; that's an incredible pan patch.
I don't know what the original listing was asking for, or if they offered "soundalikes" for you to work with. You've done two very different pieces that could work for a Caribbean vibe; I particularly like Kaisoca Jam. It's possible that they were just looking for something that wasn't in the same mood pocket as either of those two pieces. It happens.
There are some good cues on HGTV's "Caribbean Life" program; they've got a different feel than either of yours, and you might try producing something along those lines for the next go-round. I'd recommend dialing up the show online and giving them a listen.
If you feel like sharing where you got your pan patch, I wouldn't turn that down.
