Following Hummingbird's helpful advice in the previous topic, I'd like to belatedly introduce myself to the folks on the forum.
Thank you everybody for the help with the questions I already posted!
My name is Dirk Litzner and I run a small recording/production studio called Center Street Sound in Western Mass.
My background is piano, guitar (went to university for Classical Guitar Performance) and composition.
I started out with Cubase on the Atari ST back in the early 90s and have remained a fan of Cubase ever since.
This year I went to the Road Rally for the first time and came back inspired and with a more defined sense on how to shape my work with Taxi.
I've recently seen a bunch of forwards, so I am a pretty happy camper right now but I also know to work hard on plenty of areas that have room for improvement. I yet have to score a deal through TAXI (I've only been a member for about a year) but I am confident and willing to work hard until it happens!
I often end up co-writing with folks who come through my studio, so I have material in a bunch of different genres. However, I would like to focus on instrumentals for Film&TV licensing and really hone my chops in this area.
Thank you so much for welcoming me to the forum!

Best,
Dirk
