Hi MichaelGreetings from Michael Wanner in Montreal. All my life, i've had people assume my last name was Warner. I've had to explain it was "Wanner with two n's" so many times I couldn't count! I've even considered starting a music company with my brother and calling it Wanner Brothers.Good luck, you'll find a lot of opportunity here.

Welcome, Michael! This is a great place, and you'll find lots of colleagues here-- lots of "non-reader" colleagues too, heh heh. Myself included. (Playing by ear is a BIG plus, though...)I look forward to hearing some of your music. Are you coming to the Rally in November? That's a big perk with your membership-- hope to meet you there! Raags

I'm overwhelmed. I really didn't expect so many replies and welcomes. Loui2012 thanks for the comment on Paul McCartney. That's a good one. Nice to "meet" you Flying Tadpole. I was actually born over there (Walthamstow) but arrived Australia when I was 5. Dear Hummingbird, very nice to receive your welcome as I've read many of your threads. I'm still puzzled about putting music on the site. I've put www.taxi.com and then pasted my shortcut next to it but that doesn't seem right and it's not working. Can you refer me to more information. And Raags another non-reader. I'm amazed. Anyway hello again to all of you. What an exciting venture. Oh and, no Raags, I can't get to America for the Rally unless I win our Lottery. But I'd sure love to get there - it sounds so fantastic. Warmest regards to all of you and I look forward to exchanging more conversations with you over time. michael.

Hi Dommydom - I just noticed you on line and realised you're an Aussie also. I've had a listen to a bit of your music and it's very strong, rhythmic, contemporary and well sung. Hope you do well. A trip to the Rally? I don't normally presume that I could afford it - but I might have a think about it. It would certainly be amazing. I don't even remember how I found Taxi, but I'm knocked out by it. I'm just itching to find as much time as I can to submit as much as I can - but it's not so easy to get the time that I'd like. Nice "talking" to you. I'm sure we'll see more of each other on line. Michael.

Hello Billy. I'm just trying to put my music up on the system and as yet I haven't succeeded. (late modification - Hey I've done it!) Bahamas! I can't imagine that I would ever be able to go there unless some piece of my music does unbelievably well. Hello to the Bahamas. Had any forwards Billy?

Hello MEWMAN. Thanks for your welcome. Yes, I think you'd get away with Wanner Bros. I had a listen to Pedalling. Very nice orchestral feel. I presume the Oboe was synth. I've got a nice Oboe in my guitar synthesiser. I can't believe modern synthesis. It can sound superb. This particular model of the Roland synth actually has a bassoon which I really like. Regards from One of the zillions of Michael Ws.
