Is my Finnish PRO membership enough for Taxi?

I'm a member of both Teosto and Gramex here in Finland but do I have to sign up to an American PRO also?

From a listing I'm currently producing music for (indie/alternative rock):

Sync fees will be split 50/50 with the Company. You'll get 100% of the Writer's Share, and the Publisher will get 100% of the Publisher's Share. You must own or control your Master and Copyright to submit for this opportunity, and you need to be affiliated with a Performing Rights Organization for this company to include your music in their catalog.

Am I all set to submit for this?

No need to sign up for an American PRO, as far as I know, as you're already affiliated with a Finnish PRO. I'm only affiliated with the Dutch PRO, and have never had the need to sign up for anything else.
