Is quality of this song/recording OK to submit?

Hello,

New here. Just wondering, if anyone would mind reviewing this song for quality of recording or just in general.

I am submitting mostly as a songwriter (looking for a publisher, producer or another artist to use my song - not as an Artist myself).

I know it might be hard to fit this into a tight genre, but I am more interested in the recording quality compared to other submissions, etc.
