Is There a Way to Upload Photos for Avatars?

Hey Folks--

I'm trying to use my own photo as my forum avatar, and I don't see the ability to upload. I checked the forums FAQ's and it said the forum tool can allow photo uploads, but the forum admin has to enable it.

Did I miss something?

If you only have the option of linking to an online photo, what's the best place to host those? I tried on my Google drive in a dedicated folder, and no workie.

It was just the particular location I was using that was the problem. Using one of my Taxi profile pics worked!
