It's alright right now
She slips out of her night gown and she knows it should feel wrong All that she can think is it has just been too long There is a man who loves her and would do anything she asked She left him long ago he is just a part of her past The sweat is running down her back and across her eyebrows She knows that it's not alright but it's alright right now Maybe it's not alright but it's alright right now If he really loves her he'll get over it somehow She does what's best for her and to hell with all the rest She'll do what she knows is wrong with no need to confess She knows what she wants and she wants it right now Maybe it's not alright but it's alright right now There he sits alone at home and he knows where she is tonight Too long he pretended not to know and bottled up inside Feelings of longing, of hurt and of fear And in a moment they will no longer be here He takes the gun out of the drawer and puts it in his mouth It never was alright but it's alright right now Maybe it's not alright but its alright right now He wanted to get over her and now he knows how No more secrets, no problems, and no alibis No more sneaking around and of course no more lies Whatever it was it is her problem now It never was alright but it's alright right now This is my first rock song. I have country on CD. I work with a company that produces demos for about $150. Do you all think I should go ahead with this one? I don't know much about rock. Thanks. - Sam

Re: It's alright right now
Hey thank you so much. I have been going through the listings and I usually write country. I wanted to write a rock song so that I will have more opportunity to list stuff. I haven't a clue as to how to write music. I was thinking like a papa roach type sound. I pay a company to put the lyrics to music. I really appreciate the feedback. I have only gotten feedback from a writing site that doesn't specialize in music. Thanks again.
