I like the chord progression a lot, but I didn't feel the piece heading anywhere. Felt it needed some more structure to it. Pretty cool with a soft distorted piano, but maybe you could clean it up here and there for variation. It's also in and out from the tempo throughout the piece. Think it's a good idea you have here though.
