I have adjusted things a wee bit. For instance if I'm due a shot on Wed., I'll stab myself at 12:01 am. That gives me a full night's sleep to get over the worst of it. I find it's workin' perty well after I get my blood goin' with a good walk and a couple cups of jo the next am. Oh, and I just ordered some organic Mexican coffee through my little portion of "My Power Mall": http://www.mypowermall.com/mall/83491 (shameless plug there) . Mm-mm! I can hardly wait to get that shipment. I've even started running a little to give the dog some exercise. Little bugger's got like 2" legs. But, he sure can move, 'specially at dinner time . I haven't felt this good in a long time .Hey! What do y'all think about my writing my adventures on "Helium"? As far as a book, a publisher's not gonna settle for just one. With Helium, I write entries when I can and still get a little gas money: news@click.helium.com. I figure that gives interested folk a place to go to constantly keep up. Kinda like getting a new book-let every week or so w/out forkin' over $25 each time.

Well, it got me through 'til 10 am, which is about 92 hours. Did begin to have withdrawals at that point. So, I'm thinkin' maybe 84 hrs is a good limit. I'm hoping to be off this stuff one day, and the longer I stretch it, the less hooked I'll get. I'm thinkin' it'll be easier to ween off the stuff this way, expert that I am!!

I did that with some pain meds I had to take a long time ago and it worked. Keep it up, Walt!

Well, once again, doc was pleased with my report and check-up. Wants me to have another one of those MRI's that are on sale at Wal-Mart all the time. Good thing it's nothing high priced.I thought he was gonna take me off of interferon. I said, "No way" on that. When something's working, ya don't mess with it.

For those who didn't catch my wonderful birthday thread, doc has said I can reduce my Interferon dosage from 5 mil. to 3 mil. units. Still three times a week, though. But, I should feel better.
