If you saw Bryan F's post about signing 14 tracks recently, it's the identical situation. I was forwarded to this company, and just as Bryan did I discovered thru standard research that the co. also takes submissions to a publicly posted address. So I inquired, got the go-ahead to send stuff, did so, and received a truly warm and professional response along with a contract. Once that was squared away, I received FTP info to upload new work at will.
I really can't tell you how good this feels. I barely participated in TAXI in 2009 -- for good / positive reasons, namely I had some cool local projects keeping me busy -- but came away from the 09 Rally rarin' to make things happen in 2010 (how many times have you heard that story from people on this forum??). I've been working my tookus off and keeping my fingers uncrossed just long enough to write each new piece.
Not to turn this into an Oscar speech - I know it's just one deal. But I've just got to thank this excellent community for your consistent support and encouragement. I love my TAXI peeps.
